In 2005 we celebrated 45 years of service to the Tallahassee area. The Company is the oldest continuously operating real estate agency in Tallahassee, having been founded in 1960 by Warren and Virginia Wise. Wise is a full service agency specializing in residential property, both resale and new construction; lots and acreage, investment properties; as well as commercial and industrial. The experience of company agents averages better than ten years per sales associate. We act as agents for both buyers and sellers.
